Charles Flora Consumer Products, LLC (CFCP) manufactures and distributes personal care and pet products. CFCP's strategy is to buy HBA/OTC/Pet brands that are no longer a strategic focus of a larger company and update the packaging through design improvements and "tie-ins" with current popular entertainment licenses.
CFCP owns "classic" brands like Lavoris mouthwash and strong licenses like Clifford The Big Red Dog™ and Lassie™. The company sells its products in all classes of trade (Food, Drug and Mass) and sells to numerous accounts to include Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreen's, McKesson and Meijer.
The company works exclusively with third party manufacturers for its personal care and pet products lines. Vendors maintain strict compliance with all governmental and industry guidelines and applicable FDA requirements. CFCP's capabilities include formulation, design, graphics, production, sales, and distribution.
