Charles Flora Consumer Products launches Color Smash™ Temporary and Semi Permanent hair color, an innovation in packaging and design targeted to the growing teen & young adult personal care market.

Los Angeles, May 1, 2003 - Charles Flora Consumer Products, LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of personal care health and beauty products, today announced its first product launch of Color Smash™, a Temporary and Semi Permanent hair color targeted to the teen & young adult market segment. Color Smash™ offers an innovation in packaging and design concept. The product is available in 6 individual colors for each of the temporary and semi-permanent products. The temporary hair colors offered are; Blue Ice, Radical Red, Pink Glow, Spider Black, Bashful Blonde and Virtual Violet. The Semi-Permanent hair color offerings are Blue Wave, Rockin’ Red, Red Rave, Black Ink, Party Blonde and Violet Vibe.

Charles Flora Consumer Products, LLC plans to launch Color Smash™ through its network of reps and brokers on both a national and international basis. Charles Flora Consumer Products, LLC plans to reach the growing teen & young adult market with its new product. “Color Smash™” is available in 2 forms of 24-pcs prepack displays, one for its temporary and the other for its semi permanent product line. The product is packaged in a quart size paint can with a strong visual graphics representation; the content of the can includes a tube of hair color, gloves, styling comb and instructions in 3 languages (English, Spanish and French). The company also offers an array of styling tips at its www.colorsmash.com website. The company plans to support the brand by launching an advertising campaign featuring the entire product line in select teen & young adult magazines in Q4 2003 after the product is in wide distribution.
